GiftWorks is fundraising and donor management software designed for nonprofits. Organizations can use it to track donors and donations, create standard and customizable reports, send mailings, and build targeted lists of donors, supporters, and prospects.

GiftWorks allows users to import records and export lists and transactions to a variety of formats. Users can also update QuickBooks with their GiftWorks donation information in a few steps.

The 2012 version allows users to manage donation soft-credits, track a full auditing history, geocode and map donor addresses to analyze regional donor and donation trends, and add custom fields when entering donor information. 

Other capabilities include the following:

1. Organizations can capture critical data, manage interactions, schedule tasks, and add custom fields for all contacts, including organizations, prospects, donors, and donor affiliates.
2. Organizations can track multiple donations and pledge payments for every donor, create memorials and honoraria, automate notifications and acknowledgments, track matching donations, assign donations to campaigns, and create funds for directed gifts.
3. Standard reports include contact, gift and pledge, and statistical reports. Customizable reports allow organizations to gain insight into donor and donation information, giving trends, fundraising revenue, and donor segmentation.
4. SmartLists segment donors and donations by geography, giving history, interests, amount of gift, date range, and other criteria for targeted mailings and customizable reports.
5. Mailing features such as built-in mail merge and international address formats facilitate custom solicitations; donor, donation, and pledge and receipt letters; and updates. Mailings can be sent as email or letters, labels and envelopes can be printed, and the mailing can be automatically recorded in each donor record.

When your request has been approved, an email containing download instructions and an activation key will be sent to the address registered for your organization.

Licensing

This donation licenses an organization to use GiftWorks Standard on one computer.

Support

GiftWorks provides email support with this donation through support@giftworksconnect.com.  The GiftWorks Support page provides links to other support resources like video tours and tutorials, print guides, and a customer-only community on LinkedIn.  A support plan that includes phone support is also available for an additional fee.

Upgrades

The version of GiftWorks offered through Stifter-helfen.de - IT for Nonprofits is not an upgrade product. If you have an older version of GiftWorks and would like to upgrade, please contact GiftWorks at (717) 431-0200, option 2.
