• Organisations can track multiple donations and pledge payments for every donor, create memorials and honoraria, automate notifications and acknowledgments, track matching donations, assign donations to campaigns, and create funds for directed gifts.
• Standard reports include contact, gift and pledge, and statistical reports. Customisable reports allow organisations to gain insight into donor and donation information, giving trends, fundraising revenue, and donor segmentation.
• SmartLists segment donors and donations by geography, giving history, interests, amount of gift, date range, and other criteria for targeted mailings and customisable reports.
• Mailing features such as built-in mail merge and international address formats facilitate custom solicitations; donor, donation, and pledge and receipt letters; and updates. Mailings can be sent as email or letters, labels and envelopes can be printed, and the mailing can be automatically recorded in each donor record.

GiftWorks is fundraising and donor management software designed for nonprofits. Organisations can use GiftWorks to track donors and donations; build targeted lists of donors, supporters, and prospects; send mailings; and create standard and customizable reports.
GiftWorks allows users to import records and export lists and transactions to a variety of formats. Users can also update QuickBooks with their GiftWorks donation information in a few steps. T
he GiftWorks interface is clear and easy to use. Setup and customization are straightforward, and day-to-day activities can be performed with minimal training, so staff and volunteers can quickly become productive.
Among the features added in the 2010 version is the capacity to accept donations with a value of $0, which improves in-kind donation processing. Other new features are batch entry of donors and donations and merging of duplicate donors.
The GiftWorks Product Support page provides manuals, a knowledge base, moderated user forums, and email support for all registered users. Telephone support is also available for an additional fee.
When your request has been approved, an email containing download instructions and an activation key will be sent to the address registered for your organisation.
